| Job Description: |
- To assist and facilitate overall functions of Human Resource Department.
- To develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- To assist in Designing and implementation of HR strategies and policies that are well aligned with the mission of the organization.
- To coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff, and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises to the line manager about Human Resources issues.
- To assist and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire Riphah.
- To ensure organizational development including institution development, HR planning and advocacy.
- To develop and supervise performance management.
- Organizational behavior including the Organization culture, employee/ group behavior and to ensure they comply with the policies and procedures of the Riphah.
