Job Description: |
- To formulate strategies and business plans and to lead teams for high performance and innovation.
- To look-after all operations globally and oversee the daily process of every department of the organization.
- To ensure that the Company’s staff remains motivated to discharge their responsibilities effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with best practices.
- To ensure prudent management of resources for the achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives in line with its business plan.
- Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization
- To promote a culture of compliance with regulations, statutory requirements, good corporate governance principles and best practices in the Company.
- Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation (Sales, Supply Chain & Customer Support etc.) of the organization
- Ensure that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of the management.
- To Ensure that production agreed targets are achieving in all departments.
- To supervise, motivate and manage teams, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with management, organization officials, and team members as necessary.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years’ experience in the FMCG sector (Preferably Beauty / Haircare industry)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective decision-making skills
- Experience with developing budgets and writing business plans
