| Job Description: |
We are a pharmaceutical raw material marketing and distribution firm, better known as a Parma indenting firm located in Karachi.
We are looking to hire a Client Service Manager for our Karachi office who will have the following responsibilities:
- Weekly visits to assigned customers following up regarding on-going and new project developments.
- Relationship building with the procurement departments and procurement executives at clients company.
- Constant follow up via email and phone with the customers regarding the projects.
- Weekly reporting on progress of projects to line manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in indenting firm (of any industry) or procurement department of any pharma company is a must.
- Grammatical and Business Communication skills are a requirement so emails can be drafted and follow ups can be done with clients and international partners.
- Good people skills and relationship building skills.
- Min education: Bachelors.
