Requirements
- Female with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing from a reputed University
- Aware of market trends, specifically beauty and wellness sector
- Strong network within the Salon and Spa sector
- Personal Transport (Available for frequent visits)
- Minimum 2 yrs Experience in full sales cycle
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong Proposal Writing Skill
- CRM experience is preferable
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Generating leads and connecting with the right management to close the deal
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
