| Job Description: |
- Prepare vouchers & daily cash counts sheet on daily basis.
- Prepare & maintain schedules (advances, payables, prepayments etc.)
- Preparation/ coding/ disbursement of bank payment & receipt vouchers.
- Disburse project funds as per provision in project budget and maintain record as per audit requirement.
- Prepare and post monthly transactions to general ledger.
- Prepare Reconciliation of bank statement and trail balances on monthly basis and sumbit to Lahore office.
- Maintain petty cash in separate folder and spend as per limit.
- Prepare monthly payroll of Karachi Staff.
- Sound knowledge of Quick Book (Accounting Software)
- Filling of vouchers and documents and tagging of all files.
- Prepare Monthly/Annually financial report and submit to Lahore office on monthly basis.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Check for compliance policies and procedures before making any payments.
- Monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Monitor and support taxation issues.
- Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
