Job Description:
  • We are looking for a person to answer telephone calls from customers, take appropriate information regarding the job fulfillment requirements, and dispatch these jobs to our team on the road to arrange fulfilment.
  • You must have a good telephone manner and be able to communicate with customers professionally and confidently and be able to speak fluent British English.
  • You will also be required to price each job using pictures attained from the customer (Training will be provided)
  • After this, you will book the job in the collection diary in accordance to the job type and location of the customer.
  • You will need to understand in-depth how to price correctly and accurately to ensure the is a suitable ROI for each job completed.
  • Working times Monday - Friday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm every day
  • All calls will be answered by a mobile handset and you will be frequently be using Whatsapp as your main tool to communicate with customers insofar as attaining pictures of the job.
  • Hence you should be tech-savvy and sharp on the smartphone and PC.
  • You should also be able to make out invoices (templates provided) when needed and be able to send email receipts to customers when required.

Customers will be from the UK.

Full training will be provided at all stages.
