| Job Description: |
- Monitor and Manage the work of Transaction Monitoring Officers to ensure timely review and appropriate disposition TMS alerts aligning with AML/CFT manual and relevant SOPs
- Responsible for review and appropriate closure of transaction monitoring cases promoted by the TMS officers and escalate cases to respective officers e.g. ROM/RGM for further investigations (where required).
- Validation/testing of alert scenarios, systemic alerts generation and mapping on periodic basis to review that alerts are being generated as per thresholds
- Capacity building of Transaction Monitoring Officers with relevant knowledge required for effectively performance of their duties
- Efficient record management and ensure timely and accurate provision of information in respect of transaction monitoring activities as and when required by competent authorities
