Job Description:
1. Application of PMO methodology and project standards .
2. Assist PMO head with daily tasks and operational matters
3. Ensuring up to date project documentation/artefacts and proper storage
4. Working to complete day to day operations with aspects to project's scope.
5. Arrange and participate in client meetings effectively.
6. Regular meetings with project teams - ensuring agenda being followed.
7. Change Control Management
8. Mitigating communication problems and conflicts with other departments and stake holders
9. Development and documentation of projects and providing status reports to senior managers when and as needed
10.Arranging weekly / need based meetings of department and floating MOM of it.
11- Proposals review to ensure completion & coverage
12 – Follow-ups with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
