Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement Social Media Marketing strategy and plan growth for the clients.

  • Work parallel with the Creative & Design team to create campaigns and content.

  • Manage schedule and post the approved content for multiple social networks.

  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPI’s.

  • Identify best ROI opportunities for paid social media campaigns and e-commerce online activities.

  • Continuously assess and generate reports on the results of the campaigns, and analyze for further development.

  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools.

  • Analyze competitors’ activities and recommend improvements to increase performance.

  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content that generates leads for the customers and helps in the growth of customer business.

  • Plan and monitor the customer's presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)

  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.

  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) ·

  • Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook, Google Ad words, etc. to increase organization and product awareness ·

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) ·

  • Proofreading content for the team before uploading on to any platform.


Skills & Knowledge:



  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications or Marketing or equivalent

  • 3+ years experience in social media management

  • Excellent writing skill in English is a must.

  • Exceptional project management and communications skills

  • Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail
