Roles and Responsibilities

• Enter all operational data into the company ERP system related to transportation orders and vehicle maintenance etc.
• Prepare required transport documents including Bill-T, Gate pass etc.
• Update record of all costs incurred in the company ERP system, including fleet maintenance costs, outsourced (Adda) vehicle costs, fuel costs, fleet trip expenses, etc.  
• Maintain proper records related to delivery orders, PODs, fuel expenses, trip expenses etc.
• Get all required approvals from the customer for invoicing and raise the related invoices on timely basis.
• Prepare different reports related to transportation, vehicle utilization, profitability, trip costs, maintenance costs etc as and when required.
• Control petty cash, including reporting on required formats to the Head Office for reimbursement etc.
• As and when required, assist in the operational activity including placement of fleet vehicles and Adda vehicles against customer delivery orders, supervision of loading of cargo onto trucks,  coordination with drivers during transit to ensure timely delivery of cargo at each drop-off point as per route plan.
• As and when required, assist in the performance of maintenance of fleet vehicles at designated workshops.
• Monitoring and tracking of vehicles.

Skills & Capabilities

• Knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Experience in working with an accounting system to record expenses and revenue.
• Accepts and delivers on Responsibilities.
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure and meet targets
• Knowledge of Logistics procedure.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
