We are looking for a competitive energetic and trustworthy and experienced Marketing Executive in Gwader for our real estate projects.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.

·        Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

·        Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.

·        Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.

·        Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.

·        Coordinate the closing of property deals.

·        Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers a view of a property before closing deals.

·        Act as intermediaries’ liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.

·        Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market.

·        Maintain contact with clients to have openings to discuss future business prospects.

Job Requirements:

·        Should have 2-3 years of experience as Sales Executive. Experience in real property estate should be preferred.

·        Excellent knowledge in MS Office.

·        Good communication skills.

·        Excellent convincing power.

·        Should be talkative and presentable personality.
