Responsible for posting all purchase ledger invoices, revenue posting, show settlements, PRS returns, Assist with raising of customer invoices for deposits and chasing payments

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Posting purchase ledger invoices for all sites

·       Checking and processing weekly revenue sheets

·       Weekly show settlements

·       Ensuring promotion diary sheets are checked and updated accordingly

·       Monthly supplier statement reconciliations for key suppliers

·       Weekly posting of petty cash, raising any queries to be investigated with sites

·       Follow up for outstanding invoices for prepayments

·       Follow up for invoices for direct debit payments

·       Follow up for outstanding receipts for petty cash

·       Monthly, ensure company credit receipts are posted and reconciled to payments

·       Ensure all intercompany balances on the purchase ledger are reconciled monthly

·       At month end, ensure purchase ledger reconciles back to nominal ledger

·       At close of purchase ledger, assist with providing with a list of accruals for accounts

·       Provide copies of invoices for prepayments folder monthly

·       Assist with bank statement postings

·       Assitng finance manager with month end accounts preparation

·       Posting food & Drink invoices in the system

·       Raising customer invoices and chasing payments

·       Checking that all supplier payments are allocated correctly

·       Follow up for any outstanding credit notes or monies due

·       Variance analysis, cash and credit card reconciliations

·       Weekly summaries for headoffice meeting

·       Comps and discounts analysis

·       Fortnightly payrolls, tips, incentives, holidays and manage wage advances etc

·       Set up of all new supplier accounts and new credit account applications
