Manage facility team with people management perspective.
Provide support in all trades to effectively maintain buildings & branches to continually reduce defects.
Increase operational effectiveness & efficiency of buildings and infrastructure.
Maintain portfolio’s 95% SLA for ticket response and issue resolution.
Prepare branch wise rational on general administrative requirements not limited to stationery, kitchen items, drinking water, courier and man power services.
Work with service contractors, internal and external stakeholders to implement and manage comprehensive preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
Prioritize daily facilities issues and effectively delegate responsibilities.
Schedule facilities staff and outsourced labor to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio.
Act as the liaison between internal & external stake holder for any escalated issues.
Manage the design and vendor performance of delegated responsibilities.
Ensure that SLAs are in place for the services being obtained from vendor.
Responsible to manage i-Portal queries and coordinate the same with internal customers for day to day issues and manage vendor payments.
Conduct regular surveys / audit to identify hazards and ensure proactive handling / management of issues / risks.
