| Job Description: |
We are looking for professional & energetic agents for our CANADA-based Credit card sales Campaigns.
People who have good communication skills and have worked in similar job based in the CANADA are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage incoming phone calls and provide response to all, maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
- Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end.
- Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services.
- Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
- Perform troubleshoot on all customer service issues
- Supervise all online chat sales calls for clients.
- Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on phone.
Requirement:
Inter- Graduation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Sales A self-starter, motivated and confident.
- 2-3 Years of experience in same field.
