| Job Description: |
- Dealing supplier & agented invoices received through suppliers & agented team on weekly basis and entering them into SAP system.
- Review and manage purchase ledger automated tasks on a daily basis
- Ensure all the supplier/agented invoices are processed with agreed unit price with supplier agreed price.
- Ensure al invoices are coded and treated correctly
- Follow up disputed invoices with supplier and depot, and ensure disputes are resolved in the best interests of the company
- Ability to make decision with respect to prioritizing workload, dealing with emails.
- To reconcile all supplier accounts with statements on monthly basis.
