- Handling / managing petty cash;
- Bank and Petty cash reconciliations;
- .Verification of data entries, fund required forms and other requisitions;
- .Issuance of cheques to the suppliers;
- Handling and updating accounts payable and receivable;
- Checking and generating invoices;
- Entries of bills in MS Excel and accounting software;
- Cash and cheques deposit in bank;
- Entries of cash receipts, cash payments and Journal Vouchers in the record
