| Job Description: |
Data Nomad is looking for talented and experienced Individuals to work with our US client as a Customer Support Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate must be active enough to maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Resolving the customer complaints, managing database records and drafting reports on customer issues as per standard of client's school.
He/She must be courteous with excellent lingual skills and support dealing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Should have experience with US client.
Excellent communication skills and support dealing.
Knows how to handle every call in polite manner.
WORKING HOURS:
7pm-3am.
WORKING DAYS:
Monday-Friday. |
