| Job Description: |
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
- Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and other queries:
- Resolve customer assertion problem or reason for calling.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or e-mail.
- Use the telephone line and e-mails to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and assist accordingly.
- Attempts to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel.
