We are looking for the services of a Warehouse Inventory Officer.

Candidates with prior experience will be preferred

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Handling shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into the system
• Controls inventory levels by forecasting, planning, executing, reconciling with data storage system
• Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report, manpower status report
• Can audit the stock of the warehouse.
• Has a good grip on forecasting the sales and revenue of the company.
• Has worked on the audit of the sales.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

Skill Required:

• 3 or more years of experience in inventory operations
• Must have excellent grip on Microsoft Excel and all on formulas.
• Must be familiar with software related to inventory operations.
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must be good in report writing
