Responsibilities

• Develop strong, trusting relationships with each team member
• Conducting interviews, focus groups and surveys with  employees
• Recognize and celebrate strong individual and teamperformance

• Analyzing data to find trends and patterns within the company
• Collaborating with other departments to understand  employee needs

Requirements :

• The ability to work well independently and to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Good research skills
• Good communication skills
• Good computer knowledge
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Mass  Communication or Business Administration
• 1year+ experience in a similar role
