| Job Description: |
- Introduce the project and motivate community for activating Parent Teacher Councils
- Identify contact person in the community, develop profiles of the schools and assist PTCs/community in addressing education issues.
- Coordination in conducting various activities to develop the capacities of Parent Teacher Council and Teachers for improvement of education.
- Development training plans and facilitating delivery of training session.
- Facilitating evaluation of the training participants and training course.
- Establishment of liaison with the education departments and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate the PTCs/community in organizing enrollment drives
- Facilitate the PTCs/community in development of school improvement plans
- Filed visits and monitoring/mentoring of the project activities
- Development and submission of the monthly work plan
- Submission of weekly & monthly reports
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
