Intermediate Accountant:

We are a management/financial services company providing business services to a range of different industries. Currently we are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage all areas of our business accounts and other administration duties as required. This permanent role would suit someone who enjoys being part of a small business team and considers bookkeeping/accounting a vocational role. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Accounting to Trial Balance and will work closely with the Director of the company, and liaise with the external stakeholders as required. You will also have excellent organisational, communication and literacy skills, including legible handwriting for maintaining office records at a management level. Be well disciplined, self-motivated, attentive to detail, reliable and trustworthy. Proficiency in excel with the ability to quickly learn new accounting software systems are a must. Previous experience with MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero would be considered an additional attribute.

• ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

• ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• PAYROLL

• BANK/ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS

• MONTH-END REPORTING

• ANALYSIS OF PROFIT AND LOSS STATEMENTS

• RATIO ANALYSIS

• MARKET PRICE DATA COLLECTION
