| Job Description: |
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the planning and full execution of all marketing strategy and activities within the Business Unit.
- The job holders responsibility is to plan, track, optimize and execute the local marketing programs and collaborate with sales to identify and convert business opportunities to revenue. The key metrics used are the volume of New Marketing Leads, the volume and value of New Sales Opportunities and the Market Penetration.
- Lead the marketing strategy and planning process for the local business
- Drive demand and ensure market penetration targets to be met
- Develop appropriate marketing material to promote products and services
- Track key metrics on marketing to measure efficiency and effectiveness on agreed metrics
- Work with partners on program execution to deliver on time and budgets
- Work with Corporate to optimize use of marketing material and channels
- Identify and recommend appropriate initiatives in the territory to drive leads and awareness
- Identify opportunities to generate lead activity from existing partners by working closely with sales to understand where opportunities lie and how these can be turned into marketing programs
Qualification Skills Required
- Self-sufficient and skilful marketer with a strong Can Do attitude
- Strong Project Management and Planning skills as well as readiness to be operative for execution of all marketing activities
- 3-5 years of experience in mass marketing preferably in the ICT and/or Solar industry
- Customer oriented, used to working in multi-cultural environment
- A good team player and a networker with strong influencing skills
- Fluent in English is a requirement
