The Ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Masters/MBA with a background in Engineering.
- Have at least 4- 6 years of relevant work experience for SII role and 4+ years of relevant experience for SI role.
Job Description:
- Responsible for new Idea generation and Business Requirement Document creation for multiple products/offers/ campaigns
- Conduct technical Evaluation and conversion of the proposed marketing ideas into deliverable technical solutions.
- Manage End to End Delivery of products & campaigns for Voice, SMS, Data, VAS and Micro-segmentation
- Assist segment teams in Product design, innovation & Implementation
- Interact with key business functions like Technical, OSM & Customer Care to streamline Marketing Responsible for projects execution, roadmap creation and Delivery Scheduling.
- Responsible for third Party Vendor Management
- Manage SOP Development & Business Process Improvement.
- Responsible for Capacity Management and Forecasting for different platforms (IN, VAS & Data)
- Manage business case review and Cost/Benefit analysis of various products/campaigns.
- Conduct in-house training for company employees including Customer care and Sales for upcoming offers and campaigns.
- Prepare Vendor evaluation criteria for procurement of different platforms relevant to Voice, VAS and Data from different vendors.
- Manage creation of SLA documents effective amongst various cross functional teams for efficient delivery of products.
- Responsible for test case creation for new prepaid/postpaid products for product specification testing to ensure quality management.
- Manage yearly Charging Syste upgrades & Change Requests.
