| Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
The position will serve as a communication point / facilitator providing regular information about on-going project activities to the management and the donor. The other job requirements are as follows:
- Liaise with the donor and donor supervision missions, create linkages and build relationships with relevant stakeholders i.e. local Government bodies in order to initiate forums for up lifting local community organizations and providing platforms for them at the decision making level at par with the local Government.
- Effectively manage the project team of professionals from various capacities and expertise regarding different components and building the capacity of every core member of the team in regards to their field such as Community Physical Infrastructure, Health Education, Institutional Development, Livelihood Enhancement and Protection, Disaster Preparedness and Management.
- Manage the operations as well as the management side of the donor funded Project, in terms of streamlining the Project implementation especially in the conflict ridden Districts of Province of KPK.
- Provide seamless decision making ability, strategic thinking at top tier management level in terms of critical circumstances while running the Project.
- Create an effective mechanism for compliance, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of interventions in accordance with donor guidelines and Organizations Operations Manual.
Incumbent Profile:
- Masters degree preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences or Project Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Project Management experience or exposure of dealing with donor would be an added advantage.
- Team player with collaborative management style
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, and prioritize tasks
