Job Description: |
- Responsible for the Business Development and carrier relations locally and internationally (Asia, Middle East Europe).
- Responsible to monitor relationship with route suppliers and customers.
- Responsible to source direct routes from telecom carriers around the world.
- Responsible for carrier interconnecting, international wholesale pricing, traffic routing, traffic planning, carrier reconciliations, and contract negotiations.
- Responsible for seeking and developing new wholesale and retail voice business, maintaining relationships with global telecom carriers, and responsible for buying and selling all international traffic.
- Responsible for product improvement identification or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Responsible for customer requirement analysis, to develop and demonstrate solutions, and produce analytical presentations.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Have capability to represent the Company in International Events. Coordinate and participate in international trade shows and promotional activities.
- Capability to travel to meet global carriers should required.
- Achieve and Exceed targets assigned as a whole.
- Nurturing and Retaining existing partners and growth of traffic volumes and revenue.
- Monitoring of traffic flows, revenue analysis, strategizing for the growth of business.
- Report to the Head, regular input on all activity including status, call / traffic business growth through your account.
