Job Description:

Payroll

  • Maintenance of payroll input file (Soft Hard) on monthly basis.

  • Compile data from all HR functions for payroll up dating and recheck the data from core banking solution.(hPLUS)

  • Calculation of monthly staff Incentive and addition into core banking solution.(hPLUS)for further disbursement of incentives along with salary

  • Disbursements of New Joiners Arrears of previous months if any

  • Updating of salary changes into core banking solution.(hPLUS).

  • Assist Assistant Manager Comp Benefits for calculation and disbursement of staff bonus

  • Payroll Reconciliation

  • Provident Fund Reconciliation

  • EOBI Reconciliation

Reports Hatching

  • Assist Manager Comp Benefits in tax credit of employees and preparation of TAX report (deducted in Salary) and send it to CFA for further payment to FBR.

  • Preparation of all relevant reports as per HR Dashboard and as required by the MB/ SBP/ Audit

Staff Final Settlements:

  • Final Settlement of Exit Employees within given period.

  • Circulation of resigned staff intimation to all concerned.

Others

  • Verification Letters Other Banks (Maintain database and sent responses)

  • Assist line manager in the preparation Annual Budget

  • Supervision of updating different changes in system (hPLUS) like resignation and relevant data.

  • Assist Manager Comp Benefits in Staff Loan and Advance Salary Applications
