GITCS is currently searching for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and influencing IT talent for positions throughout the United States. The Technical Recruiter will creatively and proactively mine Job Boards, social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates, outreach to community groups, use an Applicant Tracking System and various candidate database to identify, screen and create talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future positions.
Position Duties:
Implement aggressive targeted sourcing initiatives to generate a pipeline of candidates that will thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Identify candidates with experience in Middleware, Enterprise Architecture, Security, ERP and Web through various sourcing and recruiting methods
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aimed at generating consistent candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
Builds candidate pools for future requirements and consistently meets assigned metrics and goals
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting associations, Universities, media, job board candidates, and Internet sites, social networking such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, current database as well as other methods
Provide a top notch candidate experience and professionally represents Quality Deployment
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Meet monthly quotas while tracking individual metrics in the IT sourcing and recruiting process
