Job Description:

Responsibilities:

.        Maintenance of office logistical functions including coordination of teams working out in the field consistent with EHSAR protocols and procedures, to ensure program objectives are achieved in collaboration with the Field Staff and Project Manager.

·         Responsible for carrying out activities including local stock management and equipment maintenance in co-ordination with the Logistic & Procurement Section.

·         Maintaining logistical files in conjunction with the Logistic & Procurement Section.

·         Assistance in stock control consistent with EHSAR protocols and procedures.

·         Providing efficient and appropriate logistics support to all project team for the effective running of their site activities including set up, maintenance and re-supply.

·         Manage equipment, schedules and filing of documentation.

·         Ensure logistical systems and procedures are maintained and records are up to date.

·         Receiving of supplies, verifying the stock and registering the stock onto the Stock Movement Report and Stock registers.

·         Distribution of stock/supplies as per authorized Stock Request Forms.

·         Generating Goods Receive Notes for the supplies received.

·         Keeping all the record up to date.

·         Prepare timely cash forecasting information for the project office and support this function at all other times.

·          Maintaining receipts and records of field expenses as per EHSAR systems and procedures.

·         Supervise the safety of staff to include health and safety monitoring

·         Insure staff attendance.

·         Maintaining leave record.

·         Any other task assign by supervisor.
