KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Daily reporting from field technician/ franchises and proper complain distribution to technician

  • To receive call of dealer / annoyed customer complaint resolution and satisfaction

  • Follow up with technician on critical complain for timely resolution.

  • Workshop complains status review and follow up for timely unit completion and delivery.

  • To monitor branch and franchise EWC target v/s Achievement.

  • To Help Branch Manager for making EFDR & product quality feedback reports.

  • To monitor KPI’s

  • Any other responsibility assigned by Service Manager
