KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily reporting from field technician/ franchises and proper complain distribution to technician
- To receive call of dealer / annoyed customer complaint resolution and satisfaction
- Follow up with technician on critical complain for timely resolution.
- Workshop complains status review and follow up for timely unit completion and delivery.
- To monitor branch and franchise EWC target v/s Achievement.
- To Help Branch Manager for making EFDR & product quality feedback reports.
- To monitor KPI’s
- Any other responsibility assigned by Service Manager
