| Job Description: |
- Assist in implementation of FP and PAC project interventions as per agreed timeline
- Provide support in managing two selected health facilities for provision of FP & PAC services
- Develop and monitor community mobilization plan for field teams to ensure proper outreach component of the project
- Prepare monthly work plans and ensure its timely implementation in field
- Prepare and implement training plan for health care providers during the project
- Ensure medicines and supplies are available at health facilities throughout the year
- Initiate timely procurement of required supplies for project operations
- Establish close working relationship with district stakeholders especially DHO health, Population welfare department and LHW program
- Support Quality Assurance supervisor in carrying out her duties professionally
- Prepare monthly progress reports for internal and external circulation
- Carry out regular monitoring visits to field to ensure program quality
- Identify gaps and provide solutions to ensure effective project implementation
- Ensure all project reports are submitted in timely manner
- Represent SC at district level and other forums in the absence of Senior Health Manager
- Any task assigned by the supervisor
