Job Description:
  • Assist in implementation of FP and  PAC project interventions as per agreed timeline
  • Provide support in managing  two selected health facilities for provision of FP & PAC services
  • Develop and monitor community mobilization plan for field teams to ensure proper outreach component of the  project
  • Prepare monthly work plans and ensure its timely implementation in field
  • Prepare and implement training plan for health care providers during the project
  • Ensure medicines and supplies are available at health facilities throughout the year
  • Initiate timely procurement of required supplies for project operations
  • Establish close working relationship with district stakeholders especially DHO health, Population welfare department and LHW program
  • Support Quality Assurance supervisor in carrying out her duties professionally
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for internal and external circulation
  • Carry out regular monitoring visits to field to ensure program quality
  • Identify gaps and provide solutions to ensure effective project implementation
  • Ensure all project reports are submitted in timely manner
  • Represent SC at district level and other forums in the absence of Senior Health Manager
  • Any task assigned by the supervisor
