| Job Description: |
Preparation of monthly finance sheet including:
1. Staff salaries sheet
2. Petty cash
3. Preparing payables summary
4. Issuing salaries vis bank transfer and cheques for bill payments
5. Issuance of salary slips
6. Proper filing of bills with receiving and cheque's copies
7. Check center/ department MEDs
- Issue approved invoices to contracted companies and with proper accounts' documentation
- Ensure timely receiving of payments from contracted companies
- Check departmental variances
Accounting functions:
1. Bank reconciliations
2. General ledger entries
3. Maintain all vendor payment files
4. Maintain all petty cash files
- Quarterly Variance report
- Cash flow Statement
- Review Profit & Loss Statement
- Preparation of all Annual Accounts and Financial Statements
- Preparation of Annual Operating Budget for upcoming year
- Preparation of Annual Variance Report
- Physical inventory and Asset valuation
- Audit
- Communication & coordination with bank, accountants, vendors, auditors and customers.
