We are looking for a result driven, passionate and dynamic Business Development Officer to maximize the company revenue from SME propositions.
The skills required for the Business Development Officer are:
* Must be able to find and identify new opportunities and polish them into sales
* Building effective relationships with foreigner clients
* Planning and implementing strategies for growing SME business
* Be the main point of contact within the Commercial team for SME opportunities, effectively communicating with all internal departments and external clients to ensure a successful delivery
* Accurate and timely update of activity recorded in all Sales tools documents
* Must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
* Must have experience in freelance, upworks and fiverr working
* Develop a portfolio of new business with direction provided by Senior Management, achieving a balance between measured growth and asset quality, while maintaining desired levels of member satisfaction.
* Maintain frequent contact with targeted member base to expand member relationships, ensure member retention and meet financial goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement relationship building plans for expanding new or existing member base and product usage. Identify prospects and referral sources for solicitation through an internal network and outside professional and civic referral sources.
* Collaborate with retail management to identify referral source opportunities and to expand business services with existing member relationships.
