The Position:
- Market Leader is looking for an Operations/Customer Support Specialist with the right blend of skills and attitude to join our team, at our resource center in Lahore (Contour Software).
- The hired resource will focus on ensuring external customers Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feeds for Market Leader products are initiated correctly and working smoothly.
- This post-sale position provides assistance in the setup of an important component of the Market Leader subscription ensuring customer’s success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provisioning new customers which includes retrieving IDX forms, working directly with MLS’s to ensure timely turn-around of forms, verifying and sending IDX forms to new customers.
- Work with other members of the team to help establish new MLS feeds and improve turn-around time of IDX forms.
- Monitor MLS feeds and keep Team Lead up to date on outages and message customers when appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years product support experience or related experience preferred.
- Basic to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and a self-starter.
- Must be able to work overtime when needed.
- Strong working knowledge of Internet, Windows and MSFT suite of products.
- Experience working with CRM, Sales Force helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
