| Job Description: |
- Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
- Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients
- Present treatment plans to patients
- Organize and oversee supply, purchase, equipment upgrades and operations expense
- Oversee collections and revenue generated and deposited
- Write business correspondence and reports, Monitor and maintain the office budget
- Create, establish an internal office protocol and procedure to ensure office efficiency
- Hire, train and manage the performance of new Office staff for Operational requirements and to respond to patients needs and manage appointment schedule
- Provide the dentist with administrative and practical support when required
- Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards
- Manage patients scheduling and direct patients traffic flow, Manage specialist referrals process
- Run and analyse management reports & supports marketing and promotion initiatives
- Maintain patient data according to regulations and company policies, Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Ensure that records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations. Taking responsibiliy for the appearance and functionality of the Office
- Formulating requisition for Dental College, Annual Budget for Dental OPD & College in collaboration with HOD & Principal
