Leverify USA is looking for HR Executive for the company.Following are tasks and responsibilities that must be done during job which are as follow:
- Experience in Talent Hunting.
- Short list candidates & call them for interview.
- Notify selected candidates and ensuring their joining in-time
- Pay Roll
- Offer Letters, NDA
- Update selected employee information(hired/unhired)
- Update training material and give new hire orientation
- Managers Meeting Agenda with team manager of every team
- Updating Company Facebook page, updation of Happy hour post / images / videos
- Email to directors regarding daily activities performed
- Maintain employee record file, as any one joins us
- All the sheets,Employee data 1 sheets,performance appraisal sheet and attendance sheet
- Job posting on Rozee & indeed should be updated - Must
- Termination SOP needs to be follow in case an empolyee exits
- Prepare employee of the month
