Job Responsibilities:

Carries out promotion of our real estate web portal and sells adverts on our web portal through comprehensive planning and implementation strategies.

Job Duties:  

Primary duties for the role of the real estate marketing executive include:

•         Markets and sells company’s services by designing effective sales strategies.

•         Promotes and markets company’s real estate web portal.

•         Is responsible for establishing contact with real estate agents, sellers, buyers and agencies.

•         Uses real estate industry experience to develop sales plans and marketing strategies.

•         Generates leads to reserve spots for adverts.

•         Identifies market segments and focuses on target based marketing.

•         Evaluates market needs and trends and prepare plans to counter growing demands of the market competition.
