| Job Description: |
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
- Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
- Handle general account queries
- Contact clients about invoices that are past due
- Balance company budget
- Ensure financial statements are organized and maintained at all times
- Create regulatory reports for internal auditors
- Present all financial findings to management, i.e. prepare written reports and attend face-to-face meetings for review
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Processing invoices
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- The accounts officer is responsible for checking and supervising all the financial reports and documents.
- They are also required to manage and monitor the pricing on a daily base
- It is the part of their job to collaborate with the various finance and accounting teams and initiate the timely preparation of the financial statements on a monthly basis
