Job Descriptions:

1. Establish and improve the company's accounting system, processes and implement the financial management procedures;

2. Responsible for the company's all respects of financial management, including issuing financial statements on time, overseeing all accounting operations and performing financial analysis;

3. Responsible for the budget and forecast preparation, the commission calculation, AP, AR and tax planning, etc;

4. Responsible for implementing the company's budget, AR Collection Plan and fund-raising plan, control expenditures and obligations.

5. Be In charge of Capital assets and inventory management and checking, filing financial documents and ensure the safety of the company’s properties;

6. Handle and liaise with tax bureau, FBR, tax consultant, bank officer and relevant regulatory bodies for the company related matter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting or Finance
• 8 year or above working experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in manager position.
• Familiar with national and local accounting and taxation policies, proficient in Microsoft office software, Quick Book, ERP and tax filing system;
• Proficiency in oral and written English
• Proficiency in the trade accounting
• Strong communication and supervisory skills preferred.
• Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Team leader, detail-oriented and goal-oriented with sense of responsibility.
