| Job Description: |
- Regular/need based Contact with the relevant stakeholders (communities, Govt. agencies and other humanitarian national and international NGOs and INGOs) at KP/FATA for project communication, coordination & representation.
- Identification and registration of beneficiary according to set criteria for vocational trainings and enterprise support and livelihood packages
- Management of beneficiary tracking sheet.
- Technical feasibility and verification of beneficiaries.
- Close coordination with line agencies at field level
- Document in a timely manner, all progress, challenges, and learning for future implementation of the similar projects and accountability.
- Conduct regular field visits with 80% time in field and 20% for reporting.
- To implement livelihood activities under the project, which includes both Agriculture & Livestock sectors, enterprise support, vocational skills trainings for men and food for work activities.
- Identification and registration of beneficiary households for the livelihood program through community resolutions and verification of beneficiaries as per set criteria.
- Regular monitoring of the activities at distribution level and off site with households.
- Conduct regular meetings with line Agriculture Extension and Livestock departments in the area.
- Need identification through households surveys.
- Manage project activities in the targeted union councils.
- Support field staff for the timely implementation of the activities at field level.
- Complete and proper documentation of all activities in the timely manner, all progress, challenges, and learning for future implementation of the similar projects and accountability.
- Lead assessments in the operational areas for livelihood interventions.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify quality/ progress of Livelihood program interventions provide technical guidance and advices
- Ensure impact based interventions
