| Job Description: |
The HR Operations Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of human resources processes within the organization. They are responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment staff for sites, HRIS management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The HR Operations Officer works closely with HR management to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the organization\'s overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Deputy Manager on RIG Site staff recruitment & rotation.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Update HR policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
- Maintain personnel files and other HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct RIG Site staff initial screening & interviews
- Facilitates & provides assistance to RIG Site staff regarding their compensation & benefits & leave issues
- Coordinates with RSD (Rig Support Division) & Sukkur Office related to manpower shortage, rotation & uniform matters
- Coordinate with on leave staff
- Dispatch staff at sites
- Prepare staff dispatch letters
- Prepare main power planning for new project
- Negotiate the selected candidate regarding salary & benefits
- In collaboration with IT Department work on the development of HRIS
- Prepare monthly HR reports (Rig site strength, Over days Report, uniform issuance report & starter leaver report
