Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients
• Actively respond to client leads provided by the company and communicate with them over the calls, and conduct meetings in person to turn those leads into sales
• Conduct property viewings and market assessments
• Negotiate/close transactions effectively.
•  Ability to handle complaints/ objections professionally
• Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, leases, deeds).
• Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience of min. 2 to 3 years as a real estate consultant.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputed Institute.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and marketing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate databases is a plus.
