Job Description: |
You will;
Ability to have virtual video meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams
Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably remote
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and naturally in a UK accent
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and able to persuade and negotiate
You will:
- You will be responsible for engaging key clients and generating new business leads.
- Have worked in a sales environment previously where you will have focused on needs-based selling, ideally on the phone, email, fax, and social media
- Be both target and quality-focused
- Troubleshoot basic tech issues, working through common solutions before escalating to the management team
- Be self-motivated, working to multiple KPIs and targets remotely
- Have a suitable work environment and a high-speed internet connection to use our systems.
