We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with departments including IT, operations, product, and finance to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.

• Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze current workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.

• Solution Design Support: Work with technical and product teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.

• Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process maps.

• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

• Testing & Validation: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

• Experience in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools

• Industry-specific experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology, etc.)
