Responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and develop advanced Odoo modules to align with business processes and strategic goals
• We require resource proficient in Odoo Community edition
• Lead the integration of Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems for seamless data flow.
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions and modules within the Odoo framework, ensuring maintainability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership to the development team, including code reviews, best practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, QA, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver on project timelines.
• Support Odoo version upgrades and data migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in the Odoo ecosystem and broader software development practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Odoo development with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• In-depth understanding of the Odoo ORM, API, and module architecture.
• Strong skills in Python and PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and administration.
• Experience integrating Odoo with web services and third-party tools (REST APIs, XML-RPC, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
• Proven experience as a Senior Odoo Lead on in similar role.

Salary:

Gross Salary Range is Rs 200,000 to Rs 225,000 per month, based on experience and skill set.
