2. Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for all MHE to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. This involves scheduling routine inspections, lubrication, and replacement of parts as necessary.

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Act as the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues with MHE. Develop efficient procedures for troubleshooting and ensure timely and effective repairs to minimize disruption in warehouse operations.

4. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and equipment components. Coordinate with Unilever team to ensure an adequate supply of critical spare parts to support prompt repairs and replacements.

5. Training and Supervision: Train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians. Provide guidance on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient maintenance techniques. Foster a culture of safety and excellence within the maintenance team.

6. Compliance with Safety Standards: Ensure that all MHE maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to prevent accidents and injuries related to equipment operation and maintenance.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks. Generate regular reports to track equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements.
