| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware / Software Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and configuration of workstations
- Troubleshooting, Configuration & Maintenance of all printing devices
- Maintenance, Troubleshooting & configuration of Network devices (Switches, Access Points, Point to Point Wireless Devices)
- Assist in the Expansion of IT Network.
- Troubleshooting, Expansion & Maintenance of CCTV Network.
- Report daily work update to Senior IT Management
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining of Analog & IP CCTV cameras and surveillance systems, including cable laying & ducting.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with CCTV equipment and software.
- Conducting site surveys to determine the best placement for CCTV cameras
- Servicing, Testing and calibrating CCTV cameras to ensure optimal performance
- Upgrading and replacing CCTV equipment as needed
- Providing technical support and training to end-users
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems
- Maintaining accurate records of CCTV system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Updating & Maintaining CCTV Infrastructure Network Diagram and keeping it up to date.
- Have basic knowledge of P2P Devices for CCTV Network Expansion.
- Windows 8.1, 10 & 11 Installation, Computer basic hardware troubleshooting, and software installation is a must.
