| Job Description: |
- Conducts detailed inspections of patient rooms before the arrival of the patient.
- Ensures cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet hospital and brand standards.
- Checks that all amenities, linens, and in-room technology (lighting, TV, minibar, etc.) are in perfect condition.
- Identifies and reports any defects, damages, or maintenance issues to the relevant departments.
- Works closely with environmental services to ensure timely turnover of rooms.
- Communicates any deficiencies to maintenance and follows up on timely resolution.
- Assists in training environmental services staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitors room readiness status in coordination with the front office team.
- Pays special attention to all types of rooms for a better patient experience.
- Ensures toiletries and other amenities are perfectly arranged.
- Maintains checklists and records of room inspections and identified issues.
- Ensures compliance with brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assists in developing and improving room inspection processes.
- Reports trends in recurring issues and suggests improvements to management.
