Job Description: |
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Human Resource & Accounts Assistant to join a growing team at Karachi, Pakistan office and work passionately and elevated consulting our customers. This position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all phone calls and transfer accordingly.
- Greet guests who are visiting office as they enter the office premises.
- Assist the sales & service teams in managing customer accounts.
- Correspond with clients and companies as needed.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Sort the mail deliver to appropriate mailboxes.
- Help keep the agency organized by regularly updating the client database, ordering office supplies, and scheduling maintenance, when needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, key vendors, and carriers; often as the first point of contact on the phone or in-person.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client, carrier, sales & service team, and supervisor inquiries and requests.
- Development, implementation and communication of company policies and programs.
- Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
- Keeps records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
- Responsible for conducting and or coordinating internal and external management training programs.
- Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier. Coordinates Safety Committee meetings and acts as Safety Director.
- Maintains and completes required reporting and workers’ compensation administration as related to workplace injuries.
- Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships. Build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Proficiency & Skills:
- Must have prior experience in Human Resource & Accounts Assistant related policies and rules and regulations.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Urdu, English & local languages.
- Familiarity with computers and the internet.
- This position requires clear communication internally and externally, strong organizational skills, resiliency, and a solution focused mindset!
- 6+ months of professional experience in consultative Human Resource & Accounts Assistant processing and business relations required.
- Soft skills required - strong drive, persistence, consistency, organization, time management, written and verbal communication.
- Flexible mindset focused on delivering quality deliverables on tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving capability.
- Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail.
Education:
- Minimum any Certification /bachelor’s degree in the filed of HR or related field.
Salary:
- Will be determined based on the experience & knowledge.
