- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper product availability, placement, visibility, and display at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide regular feedback to management.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and market reports.
- Train and guide sales staff, merchandisers, and distributor teams where required.
